Installing the Jamb

Assemble the door jamb by connecting the header and side jambs with screws. Position the jamb inside the opening, aligning it with the edge of the wall and ensuring that it's plumb and level. Use shims to level the jamb and secure it with screws through the jamb ears.

Hanging the Door
